| 2-3 |
garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 teaspoon |
salt |
| 1/2 cup |
butter |
| 2 teaspoons |
sherry |
| 1 teaspoon |
dried chives |
| 1 pound |
shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1 tablespoon |
grated Parmesan cheese |

sourdough bread or rolls |

| Preparation |

| In a medium skillet, saute garlic in butter
until tender. Add shrimp and chives and saute
2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until shrimp is no longer
translucent in the center.
Add salt and sherry; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp
mixture. Serve warm
with bread or rolls.

3-4 entrees or 6 appetizer servings |
