Rosemary Roasted Potatoes |

red-skinned new potatoes |
| 1 tablespoon |
garlic, minced |
| 3 tablespoons |
olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon |
fresh rosemary, chopped |
| 1 teaspoon |
paprika |

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste |

| Preparation |
| Cut potatoes in half. Combine remaining ingredients
and toss with potatoes until evenly
coated. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in a 425-degree
F oven for 25
minutes or until potatoes are soft to the touch and golden
brown. |
