snap beans, washed and snapped |
| 1/4 cup |
sodium-free soy sauce |

jalapeno, minced |

garlic, minced |

| Preparation |
Place a large sauté pan on medium/high heat. Add sesame oil, olive oil and onion, jalapeno.
Cook for 2 minutes. Then add beans, chili powder, garlic, and soy sauce. Cover and cook
for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
